The only kit you need are your 2 smooth trigger point balls.  These are available to purchase along with a single workshop, or are included when you purchase the whole series.

Yes.  Whilst this series is not specifically only for diastasis recovery, you will learn techniques that help the midline if stuck tissues are hindering your healing.  Please chat to me first if this is a major concern for you, as we may need to book a zoom 1:1  to assess

It is possible to give yourself a little time each day to focus on the areas that need attention for you.  I will be teaching you about depth of pressure, so you feel completely confident in what to do, and how long for.

For life.  With your passworded entry, you will have access to these 4 videos for life, along with accompanying cheat sheets that you can print out.  As you progress long-term, you will need to also maintain your alignment & posture with strength & stability work.  The Vitality Method live classes & library are a perfect partner to this series.
